Microsoft imposed a limit of connections to prevent viruses and malware from spreading too fast but, it also slows down the networking performance of some software and torrents. Maybe that's the reason they removed the limit.

i see that ntg much changed in the changelog... but can anyone tell me should i update my system? i believe i should wait but if it really can improve vista a bit i would upgrade now... smile.gif

just done installing.didn't feel any diff in terms of boot up speed,maybe bcoz this is 1st time installing so need some time to configure.

will try some torrenting 2mr or soon to see wheter there's speed improvements on tht
