I'm planning to go on a trip to Penang too... wanted to travel the whole of Malaysia to explore more things while still being single now...

The plan is to take train up to Butterworth

Then, ferry to Georgetown

From the ferry jetty, use free Central Area Transit bus to Komtar, then walk to Tune Hotel

Can be said so, if it happens

The mission is to visit historical sites and eating

At the same time, testing Rapid Penang and look at Penang's public transport system

Would be quite interesting to go backpacking though... Hmm...

Additional mission is to look at the progress of the construction of Ipoh-Padang Besar railway
