I had a package delievered to me by Canadapost about 2 months ago. It hasn't arrived since then. The dealer told me that Canadapost told him that the package is already in Malaysia but most probably stuck in customs. How do I verify that it is indeed in the hands of customs?

Tracking has revealed that on the 31/03/09, 'Item has left Canada'. But didn't mention anything about reaching Malaysia.

You must contact custom fast. If not item will be sent back to Canada after certain period.

Normally, you will receive a notification card about your item being held by custom, normally by pos malaysia. But normal la... even normal letter sent in malaysia also lost, so the notification might be have the same fate.

if you have the tracking number, you can ask custom about it but will take time.
