Hehe, last day of challenge... Only managed to drop 1kg.
But stregth went up, and also completed my first 10k run Finished slow at 77mins, but satisfied considering it's my first run + my weight. Will aim for better timing in the 2 S runs in July. See you guys there... |

BMR on wikipedia
In short, that's the amount of energy you'll use if your body is at complete resting state all day long. To estimate your actual calory expenditure, you will still need to times your BMR with your activity multiplier. |

QUOTE(metalfreak @ Jul 3 2009, 10:45 AM) Its hard when I love to workout and I love to run. Sigh. I'm a bi+ch. I can't pick one LOL. but for now, I'm working out. ahaha ...but next week ada McD run and next next week is Siemens! LOL that's like me, I love lifting and I'm starting to love running. I freaking can't pick one and end up doing both.Added on July 3, 2009, 10:48 amadded Need to make sure food and sleep is good, if not recovery is seriously hard. I missed registration for McD, maybe I'll become a phantom runner for that one. |

QUOTE(bubb13s @ Jul 15 2009, 10:39 AM) lately...i'm feeling very exhausted. esp on weekdays. Hey bubb13s,am i working out too much? being so tired...i resort to food for comfort. Do you feel exhausted in the gym, or after gym? Or exhausted throughout the day? If you're dragging yourself to gym lately, try taking 1 week break from it. |
