Just walked my dog earlier this morning for about 20 mins.

Will try to run in the evening. If not, I would need to hit the gym on Monday.

Weather seems to be somewhat improving.

Back from gym, killer bicep session + 20 mins cardio.

What time you going on Monday Ken?Looking forward to another cardio session + some help to spot me on the bench!

Looks like we gotta reschedule this for tomorrow instead.

Unfortunately after the power safebox outside my house caught fire, I would now need to search for a fuse for my currently out of function speakers. Don't really want to spend RM1.5k just replacing it.

I will be back for weights training in 30th June 2009 with the new 30 mins jog instead of using the crosstrainer.

Still can't believe I can jog @ 8kmph on the treadmill for 45 mins though.

Ouch. I didn't think that it would cost that much to replace the power distribution box. But if you already had it catching fire, you may want to rethink avoiding the RM1.5k. If it's catching fire, it's a very big risk, especially since you know about it now.

And great work on the treadmill progress.  rclxms.gif

Thank you for the treadmill progress. Now, I need to try it at outdoors.

We were lucky to find out about the fire early because it was so closed to my dad's car. Need to get a proper fire extinguisher. Using water for electric started fire is really dangerous.

Thanks to TNB, they response within 30-45 mins and replace the fuses and most of the powerbox. Fortunately, everything was back to normal after that.

Hopefully I can find some electronic shops that sells the fuse for my speakers.

Thanks myremi,

I'll have a look at that.

Maybe thanks to a blown speaker, I should do my outdoor jog today instead.

Yea, time to get adjusted to running outdoor... 13 days left til SCKLM....
Anyway, what fuse are you looking for?
*
I am looking for a 2 ampere fuse.

According to my subwoofer the rating is as follows:

T2AH250V
(2A, Time Delayed)

Should be quite common in those electronic shops. Went to the DIY shop in 1U but they ran out of it.

I have managed to get the appropriate fuse for my speakers and now everything is back to normal.

The fuse only cost around RM1, way cheaper than buying a new one.

This speakers has been with me since 3rd year of University which is almost 4-5 years now.

I think is ok to even wear flip flops for cross trainer machine.

This is because there isn't any friction between the feet and the floor (ie. the machine). Unlike the treadmill, when exercising on a crosstrainer, it is more of a swinging motion than an actual walking or running motion.(ie. walking with little impact on the knees and almost none on the feet.)

Work Day Gym Session 16/06/2009

I got into the gym today around 6:30 pm and got off the gym around 7:50pm.

Total time spent in the gym = 1 hour 20 mins.

My workout routine is as follows:

10 mins on the treadmill, speed @ 8.0kmph and gradient = 0.0%
3 mins on the treadmill, speed @ 10.0kmph and gradient = 0.0%
7 mins on the treadmill, speed @ 6.0kmph and gradient = 0.0%
5 mins on the treadmill, speed @ 8.0kmph and gradient = 0.0%
5 mins on the treadmill, speed @ 6.0kmph and gradient = 0.0%
30 mins on the treadmill, speed @ 8.0kmph and gradient = 0.0%
5 mins on the treadmill, speed @ 5.6 to 7.2kmph and gradient = 0.0% (Cool down)
*Resulted in 8.15km jogged and briskwalked

I was not able to pull any extra cardiovascular exercises as I was pretty fatigued after the 1 hour and 5 mins jog. As such, I hope to pull another light cardiovascular exercise session tomorrow at home after the new stationary exercise bike arrived that was purchased by my dad not long ago.

Weight taken yesterday morning=90.8 kgs, pretty much static since last week.

Need more cardio!

Mine also hanging static around 81kg.

Last night, my pacing was not good. Got distracted by pretty girls but they were rude anyways.

So I started jogging seriously after 30 mins on the treadmill.

My dad bought an exercise bike for home usage.

I probably do some cycling at home as well. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to have the settings for resistance level.

TGI Friday.

The most difficult day of the week to convince myself to workout. Also, it is the day I can go nuts on the training knowing that I am not required to wake up early on Saturday.

I can't wait to get off work and hit the gym hard. Getting the need to do some weights, might just do that today.

No worries, mate.

Today I had the lousiest gym session ever. Instead of going heavy, I ended up running out of energy fairly quickly.

Work Day Gym Session 19/06/2009

I got into the gym today around 6:30 pm and got off the gym around 8:00pm.

Total time spent in the gym = 1 hour 30 mins.

My workout routine is as follows:

This gym session was terrible, ran out of energy even before hitting the light cardiovascular exercises.

Having an exercise bike at home ain't too bad.

I probably try to do more in the evening. Also due to bad ventilation in the living room, I was sweating more than when I was in the gym. Sauna plus cardio?

Hope ya get well soon.

I won't be hitting the gym today, going for karaoke session tonight instead.

The run is on Sunday, will probably start hitting the gym either on next Tuesday or Wednesday.

Been exercising on the exercise bike at home for an hour almost daily, seems quite effective. Now my weight is stuck @ 81kg. I think I lost a lot of water though.
