The Bank officer call me and inform that , i had a CTOS record ..however they will still going to approve my loan ..

He said ..it will be by another 1 week time ...

Now i really feel the pressure ... really scared if they change their mind on last minute and deny me
the loan ...


By the way ...anyone know ...how long it will take to withdraw the EPF money once Bank loan approved ?

I thought CTOS and CCRIS are just checks done on people who intends to apply for loans? It's just financial information. Bay paymaster, bad loans...all these stuff.

Every applicant will be have to checked.

For EPF, gotta have your S&P signed and stamped and the certified along with your loan letter of offer. Would take about 2 weeks after submission. I am waiting for my S&P to be stamped.
