I got a Blackberry 8300 and I can't seem to on it. I tried putting in another battery and it won't on either. I tried to plug in the power cable and the light doesn't blink either. Not sure where the problem lies.

As example, I saved at my contact list 019XXXXXXX but when I click on the list
from Contact Name, my BB dailed as +33019XXXXXXX ! So I cannot any connection.

I must 'modified' all times my contact list to, +6019XXXXXXXX to make a call, WHY ?
