Hi all,

I've been taking creatine for the past 3 days. I consume 2 servings (10g) for Post-WO after workout yesterday and today. Right now I'm feeling some some pain in the lower right abdomen.. Is it due to I'm consuming too much? Anyone have such issues too? Please advice.

The pain is like...internal..not muscular like. Like something's wrong inside

Most probably I took too much for post-workout. I recovered already today..drank lots of water.

5g is for non-workout day. For workout day most ppl take a serving in the morning and another for post-workout. while some took as pre-workout.
