Hello everyone, tried searching for threads about 0B10 in LYN but found no results. Anyone knows any info about how this company is doing and its working environment? I am going for an interview this thursday for data analyst position (pls share info on interview if u have). A search in jobstreet yielded little info on this company.

My brother in law works there, he seems pretty happy there. I believe its like a call centre for problems with HP clients thru out the world. I'm not 100% exactly sure as he rarely talks about his work other than he's always looking for people to work there. It used to be in petronas towers now it moved to an old maybank building near the concorde hotel and across from the shangrila.

Who are you going to see at OB10 anyways?

hansomecili, did you secure your job as a data analyst in ob10? if you did, kindly inform us how's the work culture like, benefits, and others.

ob10 seems to have lots of complaints from customer about late payment, invoice not being received by buyers or customers, bad support after sales, incompetent outbound calls, and many more.


why are they keep hiring people? understaffed or high turnover? stressful? salary does not worth the work they have to do?

well the company now relocate to menara imc...and r u sure the working environment there is errr...as "good"as u heard? coz i starting on nov as data analyst there.

bf48qo, make sure they give you employee's handbook, thorough offer letter and other important document as well. not to dishearten you, but as starting a new job in a new place, we need to be happy about the condition (business-wise, careerpath-wise, RM-wise) at least 5 years in the future.
