i finally make an hole on top of the PSU...

just a prototype.. haha!

before, the psu has been sprayed on white theme...
to suit my operation sub-zero that have die..
to make a easier job to strip off all the paint..
i decided to use this!!

The surface is so dull... untill it cant reflect light!

this can apply to all metal surface cause on plastic.. the plactic will melt....
if u spilt on ur hand, it will become corrosive...

a drill a blowhole/holesaw if possible.
darmel can optional. jig saw can also be used. that is all basic for modding.

than u need a fan laugh.gif

connect it to fan to the wire and u're all done.

i now in kl... dump all my tools at my hometown in perak and retire modding for the meantime.

quite hard to find that(bigger one). most of it is expensive... just lucky that a shop is clearing that out.

but i am sure that this blowhole can be found widely in hardware shop.


just to let u know... to use this blowhole... normal drill cant be fitted...
i use my dad industril hammer drill, biggest of all...

dremel useless...
using dremel to cut a line on arcylic is hard. rclxub.gif

better go off using a jig saw....
but rotary tool is good for something too... wink.gif

just buy only if u can... good investment anyway even u not using it for modding.

they cut acrylic with dremel with the drill bit(look like drill bit one, like a smooth stick)

too bad my my b&d rtx dun come with that bit... i tried it with normal drill bit... very hard to cut... and i dare not put it to max sweat.gif

my wish is to get a cnc mechine brows.gif

i got try use jig saw cut fan hole~~ XD 1st cut not too round and the blande i use too "fat" then i change smaller cutting blade is easy alot ^^

u need to know coding before u can use the mechine...

laser is the newer technology which also do the same thing...
cnc is the older one... use drill bit and so on...

lasy to open it and correct it again...
