no.. you just got lucky. it is a once in a blue moon thing. just like striking Magnum 4D.. but not TOTO jackpot.. or getting a one-night-stand with Angelina Jolie.. Magnum 4D.. enjoy it while it last...it won't be long..and who the fark test broadband speed using local server.. even at its worst, with confirmed international link down and underwater cables cut ... speedtest with local server has always been consistently good... why the fook do you test with local server? you download many things from local servers??
