i rather have no internet during an upgrade work that not having internet connection when there are no upgrading or maintenance work at all ..

hey guys , can the upgrade or maintenance make your SNR margin lower ?my SNR margin yesterday is ok and all but today im having low SNR margin (12-15) ...
