My very personal experience here...I'm from Ipoh, Perak.

I can tell that the best IP for me all time is 118.101 or 118.100

I used to get over 100kbps on both RS & MU last time out...premium or not...& about the same speed for other hosting service...but I've been suffering like hell for the past few months in MU. My download hardly go above 60kb & usually stuck at 40 ~ 50kb range. I'm a premium user btw. However, RS still operating like normal now, still 100+.

Surfing
Decent. If this also slow, then Screamyx can go to hell pls.

*I managed to get super fast connection with 118.100.xxx.xx IP few days ago...no matter surfing or downloading...only one word can describe this, FAST!. But...not anymore, as I typing (in tears) now I'm using 118.100.xxx.xx also, but bek to decent connection again...haiz...

Ya, true, RS can get 1mbps...but why not MU? Give me back 1mbps for MU you Screamyx!

really agree wif this...last time I've been calling numerous of time for my office bad line...they oso told me the same shit over & over again...

UPDATE
now using 118.101.xxx.xx. Managed to get 80kbps+ in MU & 100kbps+ in RS. Browsing is fast too.



Not bad...but still consider slow for a 1MB line...

my connection is smooth (yesterday & today) no matter what IP I connect...

MU, RS, HotFile, Netload all fast....but depositfiles is slow....

EDIT:
I guess TM can't satisfy all Malaysian user at once....u see...when there's ppl complaint, they'll be sure ppl saying their connection like lighting fast or watsoever...& vice versa....I really not sure how this Screamyx thing works, but pls put a few more wires underwater, build few more towers will help? I duno, but pls 'upgrade'
