I'm still thinking what to say to the technician today since the speed is back to normal .. last night when it happen, I complaint throught the e-mail and to SKMM with the evidence of ping and speedtest ..  . Some of the complaint e-mail send to SKMM and Streamyx never get replied. Should I use BPA (Biro Pengaduan Awam) next?
