Did you complaint to TM?? Call them, ask the tech guy to come to your place & check...tried restarting modem?? If yes, then maybe there are problem with the port or your line...

Consider yourself lucky... some people don't even come close to 100ms when ping to SG server...try changing the IP instead, some IP are good (60,118,*218)..and others are not so good (124,115)

Yup, a much more easier way is to Disconnect & Reconnect your modem in the web-setup page...no need hassle to restart modem..thumbup.gif

Depends where your location is...some place 60 will give a great speed but some don't...the same case with you, maybe your place the routing for 115 is much better than 118...so use the IP that provide you the best speed...thumbup.gif...

*TM maybe rotating their routing for each IP....so maybe now 115 is good but later, who knows?? sweat.gif

As we all said before, TM/Stimix rotating the routing for each IP (but we don't know which IP will have the best routing)...so DC & RC will do the job, mine here 118 also have the best speed for now...yesterday just like snail one...

Load server must be heavy...just able to load Streamyx site but with really,really slow speed...haiz~~
