Yeah, Same to me.... access website is totally slow.
but download ok... I think DNS can't handle too much stress now..

or someone is attacking the DNS.

Yes, I am agreed.

Not much ppl subscribe internet in every home..

The government must give tax exempted if they pay internet service.
1 home 1 internet - policy

Water, Electric, Internet, Food is a MUST for everyone.

In future, 1 house or 1 family used more than 1 internet connection. ( example, 1 mobile phone user carry 2 HP. )

Once above mention has been successful.

They can start promote.
E-Health ( your medical report can give access everywhere and every clinic or hospital can view it previous medical report )
E-education ( Study in school, after than at night u can download the video clip at and see what your teacher taught in the afternoon and etc )
E-books ( All students no longer require to bring books to sch, all books can be dl from school website and submit homework by email )
1 child 1 laptop ( google it )

etc.

getting 100kB/s instead of 440kB/s.
