I figured something was up this morning when I noticed suckmyx lagging at 3am this morning. Then I went to work, and on celcom 3G also I noticed lag. The corporate network which has a mix of providers also seems sluggish. (Checked by simply running a google image search - which usually returns near-instantaneous results). A notoriously slow streaming site (which shall remain nameless to protect the guilty...) seemed to run ok though.
Strange. Lag seems better this past 5 mins when I managed to get back to the office to check, though. Wonder wtf was up. |

the whole TM's network is down.
even my university campus is down to 0.5mbps on speedtes.net (as opposed to minimum 10mbps) |

60.48 seems to be the only good IP on my side. I get good speeds and no timeouts with this IP. The others are completely unusable at the moment.

is back to previous status which is cannot surf some HK and taiwan website need to use proxy or VPN to open it smoothly other is still ok...just not so fast |
