hi 4mbps streamyx package user here. my speed currently is 3.5mbps oni. need to complain. btw i have a question to ask. i am sharing my line with another 6 fellas in my house. if everybody downloads and surf the net at the same time. the thing will show network timeout at the web explorer. my question is , how to fix this network timeout problem? and whenever this thing appear , i have to restart the modem router.

Consider yourself lucky... some people don't even come close to 100ms when ping to SG server...try changing the IP instead, some IP are good (60,118,*218)..and others are not so good (124,115)

Maybe you can set the limit for each user...4M package should be no problem, maybe a problem with your router..

I thought according to MCMC its 90% effective of 1 Jan 2009 ? I noticed TM's site is 70% I am a bit confused.

Yup, a much more easier way is to Disconnect & Reconnect your modem in the web-setup page...no need hassle to restart modem..

i dunno y my current ip (115) is much faster than my fast 118...

Depends where your location is...some place 60 will give a great speed but some don't...the same case with you, maybe your place the routing for 115 is much better than 118...so use the IP that provide you the best speed......

*TM maybe rotating their routing for each IP....so maybe now 115 is good but later, who knows??

hmm, anyone tried streaming youtube for these few weeks? because i found out that i always get buffering and such. oh yeah, 1Mbps package, everything else is fine (dwnloading rapidshare 100kbps average) but youtube damn slow.
