I might be wrong I think 115.13X range is under cache... I kept getting Gateway error while trying to access lowyat forums...
504 Gateway Time-out
nginx/0.6.35
Worse still TM Speedometer is giving all sorts of weird false test results eg 7mb 15mb etc... Only P1 is not affect as first test if too fast it seems to be redirect to bigger file for testing so 2nd test will get correct speed.
*
Me too.
Same here. Keep timing out.

What else to say, my place still using old technology, but getting this speed is really lucky. I'm about 3km from TMNet Exchange and about 4 DSLAM and copper line repeater...
*
I'm in 2KM from the exchange and there's no visible DSLAM in my area.
My speed will not pass 0.88Mbps.

My place is very populated...

I have study a lot about modem router research, thats why getting speed not only guarantee by TMNet but also your modem router and other things you should do research a lot... I would say QoS used to delivery such good speeds, packets and pings...
*
Maybe it's my wiring.
20 year-old copper wire. Who can beat that?!

I called up the technician they say my line already capped at 1536Kbps which about 1.5Mbps
But all the while still getting 0.88Mbps.

So far all the ranting that are given out in the parliament is mostly DAP.
So, I think they'll something about it. Maybe let Jaring compete with TM?

Lim Kit Siang also ranted about streamyx in his blog.

at least the people in parliament still aware of this issue
they always say infocomm
until now 2020 is just 10 years away and we all still suffering 1Mb connection
at least follow neighbour ma...offering 10Mbps around RM69 and 1Mbps at RM30
don't convert the currency as this is unfair. People get an iPod around $200 can we get that in Malaysia around RM200?

but you have to pay for the broadband right?
get a laptop in installment way and too at a cheaper price
win-win for both parties
as I'm not paying $80 per month and get only the laptop but come with 10Mbps service
for now, 10Mbps service need $69 means the difference is $20
take it as $20 x 30months = $600
i pay $600 to get a laptop cost over $2000(at the time of purchase)
