Some conning, ffk doing good business trick I learn...
a)He/she (as doing conning, ffk), don't willing to share the bank account (Probably don't want people know the name) - new style? From old style bank first then know the seller real name...
b)The ffk person, asking for top-up/reload to exchange item
c)Giving reasonable example with feedback for few days just because the selling getting big good feedback from buyer, which may lead buyer to trust seller since the code will able to be used after key in to active pro flickr account
d)After flickr code revoked, ffk person, gone or more precisely run away....

This will be remind my research for doing business... forever...

I have flown into that trick without knowing the seller made me real victims, aiya, not because I'm not aware and caution but, this is something new in online business style... new registrations is always there, we can't stop the ffk doing their jobs... unless we know and get the ffk person...

Mine's been revoked too. Unfortunately, I've just purchased the gift code from him a few days ago. *sigh*

Is there anyway we can track the seller? Like the reload codes?

I believe telecommunications can track the telephone those use the reloaded/top-up... If this case cause big loss, then it will be police case then...

Too bad at the moment only 2 bank account listed as ffk-ed in this case, yet no evidence claim both account have ffk-ed connections...

Has a police report be made ? I would highly recommend you to do so , however there is not enough evidence for the police. Anyhow , just make it and try to gather from the top-up ticket information , its possible (such as which number it has been top-up'ed to and such)

Will do so police report, at least grouped will help a lot when lodge this case, since it is RM30 1 year flickr gift code if each one buyer report with this amount then police marked this case is minor case... guys gather sign before lodge this report...

Do you have his name ? I do hope you guys can form as one team and file a report. Then what you can do is seek help from MCMC and NCCC to at least get some information from carrier (mobile service provider) on conman. Chances are well its going to be bit hard as you don't have his phone number , IC number nor even his name.

Make a police report , then seek help from MCMC and NCCC to try to get them the carrier to release customers data (which they rarely do). I believe they do like you have said if the amount is big

About kaspersky, I sold the license without problem and all buyer reach 7-9 month already and yet no complain on license blocked or blacklisted (blacklisted because use more than one pc)

Yes, I put no worries because refund and replacement gifted as they have problem that were confirmed by kaspersky.com itself after talk to them by myself...

never ever trust any third party that selling such a code...u can search for this problem, it also happened in other countries, and flickr had issued some warning regarding this issue. im also one of the victim, i do research and just found, that flickr gift code only can be purchased from flickr or given by flickr or awarded by flickr. if there is a third party selling this gift code, plz do ask flickr to get confirmation that the gift code is genuine, unless it just turn us like this.

~ps- some parties said, if u bring this case to the police or any related organizaton such 'cyber police', it may take a long time to settle this, because it just stated by flickr regarding this matter. maybe all of us can get nothing, unless the responsible person confes that he is wrong.....just my tough.

i hope whoever have any information or anything to share, just keep posting.

I hope you guys get your money back soon.

Just to add my 2 cents, I am admin at Shutter Asia. I think Flickmy has gone inactive, and maybe even deleted his e-mail account (either that or Yahoo revoked it) because admin e-mails to him are bouncing.



His registration IP address is from Kota Kinabalu, the first two octet of his IP address matches the same as pengiranijam (60.52).

Forgot to mentions about 60.53. to 60.54. this IP Address also available in Sabah...

Since you can use 60.52. so means using IP Address to track ffk-er is almost impossible since we are using dynamic and sharing IP Address... So, Kelantan and Sabah can have 60.52. too...

Since sh00t3r84 use above bank account, only effected buyer who made payment to above CIMB account only applicable to do police report against above.

Since above account related to the flickr case, this mean above account are related of abuse and may the account holder to speak him/her self against the police report to him/her.

I hope above account remain as ffk-er account since sh00t3r84 failed to prove that above bank account is not his account but by giving very common answer by saying his enemy account, too cheap to say that. Why you use other bank account that is your own enemy? Or you mean enemy is your own friends...? You worried that your enemy will disclose your identity because he/she will soon caught by police later...?

And above account have marked blacklisted bank account since related to disputed trades
