i got question and need you guys advise. I am planning to get another 300-400k house in this 3 years period.

My question is. Within this year if i purchase another rm120k apartment as for investment. Where this apartment are just beside one of the famous college in selangor. I think i should be able to rent out this apartment and get the return from this. I would like to know does this will indirectly affect my future plan to get another landed 300-400k properties?

let say if i grab this 120k apartment, what is the lease requirement i need to ensure i can afford the 300-400k house. Can a rm120k apartment to be refinance for cash within this 3 years or maybe after 5 years? if yes,how much it can up to? need some banker advise here...lack of knowledge in this...
