I bought my Ipod touch from mudah.my in mid April 2010, and the person who sold the item told me that the item is new and still under warranty. However when i asked him about the date of purchase, (for me to register my Ipod touch) he said the item is already registered. For all this while, i've been believe that my Ipod still under warranty, until i checked it from https://selfsolve.apple.com/GetWarranty.do just now and stated that my Ipod haven't been registered with Apple. So how could i resolve this problem? Or is it my last resort, leave it the warranty just like that? Or do i can call the Apple Store? Anybody have any idea how to resolve my problem?

it sealed in a box, and everything is new, except the warranty has not been registered with apple
