err bro, my suggestion is try to call up to apple? or you may seek for the competition organizer.. maybe its help =)

i'm not sure about it.. but i think it might be A1388? since it come with 3rd gen and upgraded firmware..this need to ask the retail or apple reseller..or those who bought ipod touch 8GB 2nd gen upgraded firmware..

what happened with ur ipod? why u need to claim the warranty.. btw i think u able to do it with any reseller..because since the ipod is worldwide warranty.. correct me if i'm wrong =)

ipod shuffle earphone is without mic right? i think u can get others but.. with the column control might cost u more than the apple one smile.gif

haha this is how cruel is apple products.. my previous earphone with no mic and volume control has been destroy by a dog T_T

bro there is a new ipod release, the ipod touch 4 between 8 and 32gb has no any diff just the storage
