Wow. V7 already!! Long live the great N82 My housemate just bought a Nokia 5800. Once I thought of getting it as a replacement since my N82's camera ain't functioning no more. After using the 5800 a couple of times I have changed my mind about that idea. I'd rather get my camera fixed than "downgrade" 5800. Even so, I cant argue much about the 5800. Its a really cool media device with music, touchscreen and such

QUOTE(The Punisher @ May 23 2009, 05:47 AM) I use dedicated MP3 player in the form of a Creative ZEN Stone 2GB for my music needs. N82 power reserved exclusive for viewing funny videos, calls, SMSing & only occasionally for music when my ZEN battery flat Yea thats a good way to split the workload. Haha. Intend to get a PMP sometime in future. Unless my N82 somehow fails me and I end up with a new mobile with good music playback sound quality

QUOTE(BBXiong @ May 26 2009, 12:45 AM) with the invi shield affect screen LCD display also?? cos last time i skin, my LCD display become damn crappy.. I guess thats the reason why its called an "invisible" shield. Heard its made of some military standard material. No? I've been using the 4 piece screen protector all this while. Been more than a year now but no major problems so far. Just that in the recent months some dust gets trapped along the edges of the protector No matter though. The protector is still intact. Probably get it replaced when I'm back in the country.

Kind of hard to say. Probably N97 has the apps to integrate itself with the phone. Facebook app for example. Omnia HD is probably on par with the N97. Pawns the N97 in terms of graphics quality (AMOLED is just so gorgeous) and camera. But then again there's one thing that these 2 phones don't have which is available on the N82. An alphanumeric keypad No multitouch= potong stim during text input

QUOTE(BBXiong @ Jun 15 2009, 01:30 AM) not really la..you enter one character in a time wad...multi touch for now is still a fancy tech that iphone use to show off, but in the end, it's just in gallery for zooming(pinch motion) and rotate, which other non-multitouch phone can also do by using touch gesture.. i would agreee that gaming would be an advantage with multitouch, but too bad only a few phones got it, and symbian s60v5 havent implement multitouch API yet iirc Coz if u take the 5800 for example. There is a delay between contact with the screen and text input on screen. Basically fast typing with 2 fingers wouldn't be possible. The same goes with the Omnia HD eventhough it uses capacitive touch screen technology. Seen it from one of the Omnia HD video reviews on youtube. Reviewed by 2 Singaporean guys who made the same remark about this.
