A-GPS is chargeable every time your launch GMXT. Unless you don't mind the few cents each time.

Yes, it is stated on the packaging and memory card. But there are people who claim fake/imitation memory cards. 

Class 2 transfer speed is good enough for N82. N82 does not utilise the faster Class 4 or 6 as it does not have that high-speed transfer capability. Unless you pull out and plug into USB memory card reader into PC.
