i used nokia 6233 before, it is also a nice phone indeed
originally i want to buy a digital camera, but then it is well beyond my reach i searched for cheaper alternatives, then i stumbled upon the n82, googled for the reviews and the majority of them praises the phone's camera performance, then i made up my mind to get one.. also, i was poisoned by the other features as well ( wifi, gps, etc) |

this phone is no longer available at nokia sales outlets,
i suggest that you can find second hand one for RM570-rm650 (price may vary depending on condition) i bought mine at pertama complex, found several of them there... or just search at the garage sales |

im using v35.0.002 firmware now, upgraded from the v10.x.xxx firmware... (i used phoenix to update)
yet the issue is still persists... tried downgrading to v20, but i end up bricking my phone instead (wasted my time after the sahur for restoring it back to v35) my roomate purchased an n82 on the same day i purchased mine (both secondhand though) but only my phone has this red light issue even with factory reset, the red light is still there This post has been edited by hasif63: Aug 17 2010, 04:56 PM |

QUOTE(hongchai888 @ Aug 18 2010, 09:23 AM) EDIT: on a more serious note, i think i've found out the reason why my n82's camera captures the red autofocus light.. check out the camera lens in my photo below [WARNING: BIG IMAGE] » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « This post has been edited by hasif63: Aug 19 2010, 12:56 AM |

QUOTE(ApPLePiNe @ Aug 21 2010, 08:55 PM) What is Jscreenfix.. will it fix crack too ? xD cause mine cracked on top.. sighh wow... thank god i've never been in such situation whenever i shop in pertama.. thanks for the warning, gonna be more careful next time (actually i do hope that there is no more next time) but i have to admit that pertama is a dangerous place after all... heck, my helmet was stolen twice there Pertama complex is a dangerous place there.. >.< haha.. like this..http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PYCdAim8x-Q Btw good to hear your camera is up and running. ^^ i see u do take pics alot.. haha !! hahahaha i am itching to snap some photos with the n82 it is a disappointment using the c905 and the n97 as a camera.. Despite the 8 mp and xenon, in my opinion the n82 still pawns the cybershot hands down.. As for the n97, the l.e.d flash (and the flash fill problem) is a let down to me.. |
