I bought my N82 last year. It is a very good camera phone. Picture quality is great.
But I have had 2 main problems with it in less than a year: 1) Camera trigger mechanism easily damaged. The camera actually still functions, but the hardware switch that starts the 5MP camera breaks easily. There's also no software-based way to trigger the 5MP camera. This has happened to me twice. First time I sent to the Nokia care center for them to fix. Second time just happened and I haven't fixed yet. 2) Dead pixels. Less than a year I see a few rows of dead pixels already. Perhaps it's because I'm a rough owner, I dropped the N82 a few times, but not very high. Like maybe a book length above ground. Anyway the phone is good as long as you take care of it. I'm going to send my N82 to repair, but I bought a new phone W995. So far I like it more than my N82. |
