Pempek Indo, is nais and tasty

Here in KL/PJ where got?

Pempek, Mpek-mpek or Empek-empek is a delicacy from Palembang made of fish and sago. Pempek is served together with a dark, rich sauce called cuka (Baso Palembang: cuko, lit. vinegar). Cuka is produced by adding brown sugar, chili pepper, garlic, vinegar, and salt to boiling water.

yes is very nice, had it when working at jakarta.. miss it so much

my house is surrounded by indonesian imigrant. they open restaurant also. gonna ask them this menu.

pempek got many variety and prepare style one.

i eat before is

-fried fish cake with egg in middle
-timun hiris and tanghoon
-sos is black and um, kinda sweet, but also a bit like a dark thai chilli sos thingy.

pempek kapal selam is such a funky name.

i am try to find also.

i think pj will very hard to find.

suggest other than empek2 la...

i ask my indon maid juz nao she dunno make. i need sack her and gets a indon maid that can makes this.

Ahjames..not sure they hv empek bcos they only serving sundanese food. The lady boss Fungsiwaty very frenly punyak...orang Medan...fasih mandarin & hokkien..
