Guys - if you cant figure out WHAT has actually strike you for the anxiety, how about trying to increase day time exercises? Sports/swimming/yoga could be helpful to relax and stay focus in ur life might help too, plus, having a regular activities is good to keep us going thr the life path with a steady mind.
