JRD's are considered the looks-good-but-cheapo-heavy rims. It kinda piss me off knowing that regardless of the fact that they're alloy rims... plus, we couldn't get immobilizer, ESP or similar number of airbags+side airbags

Personal experience: Not easy to achieve 13km/l. Unless you have a light foot. I get around 12.5-13.5. Worse days I get 11-12. But I drive 80-90% highway; this car is more suited for city drive.
I really think european i10 are better equipped to achieve the advertised FC. So if you don't mind investing in energy-saving tyres, lighter rims and whatnot, it will help.
