hey guys!!
I'm a new owner of i10 1.25 standard specs!!

i10 it's a really nice car to drive..especially around the cities

however there are some problems I encountered:

1. the central lock seems to have problem. When I use the remote to lock the car, all the doors lock except for the driver seat's door. So need to use the key to lock it manually. Will send to workshop to have a check up.

2. the driver seat's door got a weird sound when i open it. maybe it's because of not enough lubricant??

3. found that the radio signal receiver is weak.

wonder any i10 owners experience the problems i stated above?? Personally i think all not i10 will encountered with the problem 1 & 2. but the radio thingy really makes me


about the fc...i can't really tell is good or bad for the mean time.. because the car is still new and the mileage is under 500km. will c how's the fc after my first service @1000km.

to those who are new and never test drive before (i10 1.25), should you guys got any inquiries feel free to ask me.

mine is auto with standard specs (no abs, airbags)
i used to drive an atos manual..i10 1.25 is definitely better than atos.

for full tank i think 300km is no prob. well it depends on which type of driver u r

i test drive the old i10 1.1 before, i would say that the new kappa engine is better is regards to its acceleration and transmission.

the acceleration of the kappa engine is not bad. i dun really hit the gas hard but i know that it can accelerate more.

i'm using RON 95

i think the FC will be lower after my first service.. for 25L petrol and travel more than 300km should be no prob

average speed is 80km/h in the city. haven't travel using highway since I live in malacca where there is less highways here. if i ever go back to my uni i would say that 80% city 20% highway. will let you know after 2 weeks k?

for the manual transmission, I myself oso not sure bout it. mayb u can go to ur nearest hyundai branch to inquire?

Anyone of u know where to get the i10 emblem?? Dun like the inokom one...

tried but the TS said not available yet. hyundai workshop offer me rm65 include the labor fee. should i go for it?
2 days back my new i10's front part kena scratch...because the fella dunno how to drive her car.. T.T
