i can still buy MNS simpack, register a nice number, then sell it to ur by transfering ownership, right?

but for now, cant get nice numbers also bcos there are real sim packs out there with nice numbers 'linked' to them. have to wait for them to expire, invalid, etc before appearing in the MNS system.
