few months ago i did called to Digi customer service, I told them that I don't want any advertisement SMS anymore. and yes, they did something and I didnt receive anymore advertisement SMS from various kind of funny number.

BUT recently, they are (Digi) doing this thing again. Instead of using various kind of funny number, they are using their official number like 2016 and DIGI to send all the advertisement SMS!! Can up to 5 sms(s) a day.
Their advertisement more than their useful servicing information.

How do I get rid of these? Call them again to say what?
To cancel all the sms from 2016 and Digi??

If I'm not mistaken it will still count in your unbilled transaction, just that it will deduct it when your bill is ready.
Please clarify with CS for further understanding. smile.gif
Yeah, I'm facing with this problem too... In coverage but shows nothing. doh.gif
There is no issue with other telcos, they will show "3G".
Hope you can find the solution and share it out here. Thanks. smile.gif

Activated my 3G connection this afternoon.
If your phone cannot automatically detect 3G, then can try Digi OCS.
I logon to OCS, and then used the D'chat to chat with the customer support, inform them that you want to activate 3G in your account. This is the current best way.
No point to do with the phone setup in the OCS, since it is not the way and it will not activate 3G.
And then no people to answer the Digi helpline call, yesterday and today. No need to waste time to call that number if no people pick up the phone.
