hi, is digi prepaid still have the plan like reload certain amount then can last for 365days?

just read from a newspaper advertisment, it written the speed (DiGi Broadband) can up to 14.4mbps.. if there any user of this? and what kind of the modem is compatible, so far i know is only 7.2mbps.. cause using the maxis and celcom now.. not so satisfy, looking for something better and cheaper..
