that is for comments and feedback. Not compalin. Other that D'chat with useless staffs and call centre, any other link?

i have some serious problems. 2 months ago i only used about rm26, but charged rm 50 due to the minimum commitement.

Thn this month i called them because got sudden increase of about rm50 in my unbilled amount. wen i call, they said its bcoz of missing transactions from 2 months back, which are calculated this month.

Can i request them to adjust my bills, bcuz if calculated properly i dun have to pay tht extra money since originally i never reach rm50, but i was still charged rm 50.
