Any idea what's NPCIA?? I know OTA is Over the Air. But what's NPCIA??

I believe Digi 3G network is still not stable yet. There are some places whereby the 3G connection is not reliable. It will switch between 3G and EDGE periodically.
Now should be solved as I am consistently receiving 3G signal at home. Previously was either 3G or EDGE. |
