Have you activated your 3G? You can call helpline or activate through D' Chat.

Yes, need to get phone settings from customer service. These settings are in a package whereby for MMS and WAP too. So, just tell them your phone model and they will send the settings to your phone. Then just accept and activate it. After that, you can plug in to your modem to use.

Sometimes you do not need such settings. Try this first if can't then only follow my advice stated above.

Other fields can be left unfilled.

I heard is 1 promotion item per day per package.... that person said like that I'm not sure as well. Anyway do note that if possible cancel ASAP as the billing cycle is on 16th every month.... I don't know what this means but I plan to cancel tomorrow to prevent another month of charges

The next month will be counted prorated charges if you do not fulfill full one month of subscription.

Prorated charges = total your days of using/30 daysxRM 58

So if we cancel earlier we do not need to extra pay right? as the month haven't ended? I just hope to pay 59 that's all but if have to pay extra few ringgit also nevermind just wondering

huhu..now i at klang lama...got 3g line what..huhu  my friend said digi only lunch 3g coverage at sabah n sarawak... last 2 days ago i buy digi plan i asking the digi staff  n i asking when kl got 3g coverage...then he said now kl got coverage ady...then i blur2    how come my friend said here no 3g coverage...he said now only digi staff can get 3g coverage....but to day i can use 3g ady...

Previous 2 months ago, only DiGi staffs can surf 3G on their phones because they were doing testing for DiGi.
It is now opened to everyone, so nothing special already.

Klang Valley is just a general saying la. Impossible for me to list out every area of 3G coverage in Klang Valley.
It started with PJ first and now is expanding to everywhere in Klang Valley. Maybe Klang is not yet in the coverage, but soon will be covered too, I believe.
