I already subcribe with DG50 for more than 1 year and now being excited with this DG Smart Plan for BlackBerry

I,m already got DG50 but dont have any blackberry device, can I get a new blackberry from digi with subsidies price and get discount when I sign up for DG Smart Plan for BlackBerry? I mean combine with my DG50 and 58 for BIS, my total bill will exceed 100 right?

the question is:
1) can I get a subsidies phone AND at the same time will get a discount when my total bill exceed 100?
2) how about all my point while I still with DG50, is it gone for good?

er.... the problem is, I sms to non DiGi users more than DiGi users.
Anyway, I will still keep my Celcom line because I am kinda happy with the package I've signed up and as well, I've been given free call minutes which it's just nice for my monthly usage. There's always a reason why Celcom is able to keep me to be with them for so many years and having so many lines under Celcom. Anyway, now DiGi does getting my confidence back on them but it still takes time.

discount for bill exceed RM100 is applicable for BB Smart Plan only , which don't have any commitment, pay-as-you-use which is 15sen/min call and 10sen/SMS. with this plan, unlimited BB internet usage of rm58 + usage.

If you need subsidies on phone, u must remain your current DG50 and change to BB plan, so your bill will be RM50+RM58.

the bonus point i'm not sure, better ask D'Chat

yesterday,i received sms say upgrade to digi perioty service.

i no reply it.

today center call me,he say me can gold status,then i say reject the offer.

then he explain the benefit try convince me to join.

lastly when i say i no time to talk on phone, he say me can upgrade to platinum status.

like that also can?????

i am the EDGE user since 2004. on phone Data plan connect to laptop. yes it is depend on the phone. when u on EDGE while connected to net, and u not do heavy surfing, then call and sms can get in . . . if happen to be u streaming video or radio and he connection is active then no call or sms can get in ...
Recommend be4 u connect using EDGE try set phone to Call Diwarding out to another number.

if u in the connect to 3G or 3.5G then no problem at all ... coz no matter how heavy your connection is straming on the line call and sms still can get it and out as well . .. that the beauty if 3G ... High Capacity in others word ,, , , ,

There's no need to retain DG50. Customers can have another option to upgrade to DG150.
But there's a contract base upon getting phone subsidy for BB devices.
Tying up with Digi BB device with phone subsidy
For DG 50:
1 year = RM899
2 year = RM799
Registration will require a Deposit of Device Subsidized price + Deposit(According to 1mth commitment charge)

For DG 150:
1 year = RM799
2 year = RM599
Registration goes as same as Subsidized price + Deposit(According to 1mth commitment charge)

To clear things up, customer will need to pay an addition of RM58(BIS) + commitment fee each month.
Customer with Subsidized phone won't be able to get
Discount on 25% off Monthly access(RM58) even after they break RM100 useage or Monthly access Waived after RM200 useage.
*this is only applicable to smart plan only*

Subscribers of smart plan will need to subscribe to smart plan for over 3mths. If not they'll be a penalty fee impose.

For the bonus pnt i'll need to reconfirm. As far as it seems, if u're not switch to DG150 then ur pnt will be fine because what they did is juz add on a contract without changing ur Acc number. If Acc number is untouch , pnts will nv be removed.

Im just a gold member, only selected DiGi postpaid loyal customer and tied with DiGi for long time can join this special program....but nevermind, u still can reply to their SMS that send to you.
