Let's say I'm at a place with Digi 3G coverage.

Do I need to set up or configure anything on my phone before I can video call? It's because my friend can video call at Penang while I can't.

Rest assured both of us tried it at the same place.Difference is just that she told me her friend configured her phone for her.

Mine is automatic, straight can use, postpaid user, but most if U need to call up DiGI to have it activated, either by calling or dchat.

Guys, I have a scenario here.

I have two best friends currently reside in France and Australia respectively. Recently my SMS-es to them only the one in Australia receives, while SMS-es to my friend in France are undelivered. Not sure why, I put my their numbers as recipients but only one receives.

Nevertheless, I still can receive SMS from the friend in France.

So, it is her network problem or DiGi problem on my side now? So sad we have to use other methods to keep in touch. sad.gif

Might have entered the wrong country code which causes the sms to be undelivered. Dbl check the country code and also the area code because some country have area code ontop of juz country code itself. e.g like US.

U might need to activate the service itself. I'm unsure about calling 0162211800 but usually walk in to centers will be a much better option towards problem solving. As far as i know, old prepaid/postpaid acc doesnt hav videocalls activated. All new prepaid/postpaid acc does have auto activation for 3G services.

Very sure I didn't enter wrongly because my phone captures her name once I entered the number. She has been using that number for 5 years and her number is in my mind ever since the first day she resides there. smile.gif
Country code is correct too. smile.gif

DG Blackberry use as modem or take out the sim card and use on other device= 10sen/10kb
Max charge = RM149 per mth.

DG prepaid edge = RM5 max per day

DG unlimited 48 = Unlimited useage
-F.U.P applies and after 3GB useage speed will jump from 3G back to Edge speed-
-No surcharges even after u break 3GB.

Unfortunately i'm unable to clarify on this because i've nv sms oversea before. Though they had been users mentioning that digi sms have very poor services when it comes to sms overseas and even other Telco also share this problem. There will be some countries that have problem reaching and subscribers had also said that sometimes it take a bit of "Luck" to get your sms to reach the other side's phone. I guess i'll dbl check on this during monday with some of my "friends" ^.^.

Other then Broadband , it is diginet.

Actually sim card cloning can be done by individuals. U can even clone up to 12 different numbers into 1 simcard. Just that i don't know will it be legal for digi side or not.

No, can activate anytime you want.
Yes, DiGi CS told me no multiple SIM will be issued. sad.gif
APN: diginet
In order to use 3G on your DiGi Campus just call CS or chat via D'Chat and require them to activate your 3G. You need the activation from their side.

Install Nokia PC Suite first then connect to its Internet. smile.gif
