Do u even know wat is 3G unrestrictor? when u dl apps from appstore using 3G, u cant dl apps over 20MB(not sure about this size). U can only dl it using WiFi or iTunes in ur computer.3G unrestrictor just remove the "restriction" letting u to dl the apps using 3G network. nothing to do with ur data. if u are using ur 3G to dl, it charge as u use if u are not on unlimited plan.
