My data counter is too showing 4GB sent and 4GB received overnight, or simply in the short 7 hours while I am asleep. 4GB seems to be the max for data counter. In the past, I have read Maxis will not be able to tell you your data usage before they finalised the statement, is it still true?

Previously bought 3GS DiGi with 2 years contract, having spotty network coverage and slow Internet, especially indoor. No offence, it could be just the areas I visited frequently are having problem.

Actually, how Maxis assign a billing cycle? I read it varies from 7, 14, 21, 28th etc...

Assuming registering on 27th September.

It could be network problem if the issue is location specific. I experience similar issue and reported to maxis, they acknowledged it. After a month, no improvement. For my case, turning off 3g will cure line breaking, missed call or soft volume etc etc.
