got my statement today.
an unknown ''penalty on myMAXIS'' charge of RM400 in my bill !!!!

it jus appear in my statement i also dono what is that.

i reported to Maxis.. and they apologies tat they make a mistake after 2 days of investigation. they will credit back the RM400 to me
