the first few months of my bills was crazy but i had to pay cos my iphone was actually the culprit and it wasnt maxis' fault.
and i totally understand how you feel when you try telling the matter to any of the maxis store assistant. they dont friggin get you at all, and its so annoying. all they reply is "im sorry i cant help you. theres only so much i can do. try this and that and see whether next month the problem will still persist blablaba". its so frustrating.
but fortunately, after going to 4different maxis branches, i came to this one where the assistant actually understood my problem. and he 'BLACKLISTED' my 3g line. from den on the problem is gone. but on the downside, gps wud b utter useless unless under wifi coverage but den again, when will you b so fortunate to b lost but still have wifi right?
so there's the pros and cons to consider. but saving rm250 on my bills each month was definitely worth the risk. cheers!
