1-because msia telco are damn greedy and stingy. yes, including celcom
2-because our voice(the customers) are puny.
3-they know that oni 1 out of 100000 cases the customers went to court.

me myself are gonna get celcom exec (rm20) plus intenet (RM68) , so monthly oni pay RM88.. no contract .. so easy.
