I think it is a bug, i just got a shock when i check my usage and i saw 4.0GB Sent and 4.1GB Recieved. I think the reason is because i was messing around with some Cydia Apps a few hours ago, before Cydia, i had no problem at all. I am restoring my phone now. Learn from my mistake.
