after a few hours it turns to normal... but on 19th my unamount bill was at rm400++ and i was barred. i was so pissed off and call the CS and she can only unbar my number and cut my bill on 21st. still pissed, i wrote an email to maxis complaining about this high surge of mine.
that afternoon Maxis representative called me and asking about the situation. i told her and express my dissatisfation to their system which she agreed. we talked about half hour regarding the issues and promised to settle this as soon as possible.
just today i checked my unbilled amount and voila.... it turns to rm70 again....
unbarred the line for me wont settle the cause of the matter. im still waiting for my bills at the maxis portal.
the other thing about maxis billing which really pissed me off is the fact that they charge our usage 1st and at the end of the bill cycle only then they'll calculate how much the actual bill is...
so imagine if i already use 700mb which i am now in iValue2 which means im entitled for a free 2gb usage permonth and they charge me on normal charge.... its freaking crazy man.....
just freaking mad i tell ya
