Data plan noob here.
Need some help to clarify matters.
I've subscribed to Maxis's RM18/100MB monthly pass on the 23/12/10
So far till date I've used up 93MB.
When I saw my bill today, it seems the 'monthly pass' has not been registered and they are charging me like the following
Edge/3G 934.80
Rebate (100/MB) -726.71
It doesn't make sense, i thought I'm entitled to use 100MB for a month from the date i signed up for the pass (23/12/10 to 23/1/11)
FYI - My bill cycle is every 14 of the month
I've called them up and they said the charges are prorated bla bla bla and said will the pass will only take affect in the next bill cycle. But i still need to pay the ballance RM200++. I was like what???
Do you think I can build up a case with them?
