Malaysia Singapore and HK set do not need to jailbreak as it is open carrier.
Just switch plan when the contract is over |

Yay!!! iOS4 let you turn off cellular data all together... just flip the switch... problem solved

if you guys are running iOS4 and above you can turn off cellular data if you dont have plan then it is OK else it will drain your data like mad...
