im using digi, i forgot to off edge and gprs, then suddenly they sent me a message telling me my gprs usage has reached tier 2, wth

Hi, I wanted to use 3G internet on my iPhone 3G, but when I try to surf, it says that Safari cannot open page, not connected to the internet. Anyone knows how to get DiGi 3G to work on my iPhone 3G?

My average monthly usage is slightly above 500mb, few days ago my data usage was still about 400mb, but today when I checked, suddenly jumped to 9gb including upload and download!!! Anyone knows why? Oh yea, maxis btw, RM100 plan
