Pray hard... Hopefully this gonna be solved.

I have the same issues, previously i am on blackberry unlimited of RM120 per month, converted to iphone on 24th 9pm, got a message on 26th sept 9 am saying i have exceeded my 3GB allocations. WTF!!! 2 days usage already exceed how to continue to use? Most of the time i use wifi, only on are occasion i use their 3g networks. Checking on the usage in the i phone, download data is only 19mb, sent data is only 1.8 mb.

I've call customer service, they said based on the msg i received it should means u have exceeded and they can't see my details until the month end billing which is 28th. Frustrated i drove to Maxis KLCC, waited another hour in the queue and got the same answer. they say the new plan is prorated, which is fine. but based on my allocation, if i have 3GB , then it should be 3000mb/30days=100mb per day. So if i have activated on the 24th, i should have 5 days on the new plans, meaning at least 500mb. They said they will lock down the notes and ask me to call again when received statements on the overcharges....

Well i am continue to use my data plan, if they were to overcharge me, i am definitely going to complaint to consumer complaint ....................
